Things have been a little busy lately. There was Christmas, of course, and since then we only just seem to have gotten back into a routine. The new routine includes a lot of time for Nat & Ron in the gym (we’ve both hired personal trainers), so that keeps us busy.
Sam has started eating a bit of solid food. He’s getting better at it. It doesn’t seem quite as messy as when Zoé started eating, but I’m sure that will come. Cereal is popular and he’s also had peas (as you can see here):
Zoé sometimes takes time away from her own play to instruct Sam. I can’t remember exactly what she was trying to teach him here, but she pulled up her red chair to the ExerSaucer & spent a lot of time talking to Sam.
Sam is getting more proficient at sitting. He still needs someone to make sure he doesn’t smack his head when he eventually falls over, but he’s lasting for much longer. He hasn’t crawled yet but is starting to lift up a little when he’s on his tummy. He’s good at rolling but hasn’t really used it to get around the room – yet.
Hi Nat,
What’s your email so I can send you the Tangled Skein. Let me know at jennifer.hoy@sympatico.ca and I’ll try to send it right away.
