Our regular furnace guy showed up a little while ago, replaced the pump and put in a new oil filter. We are happily heating our home.
The Petro Canada office we call for support was closed today. None of the technicians seemed to be aware of this fact, so when I called the number this morning I ended up leaving a message in their customer service mailbox. Then I called the guy who came last night. He was kind enough to call our regular service guy, who was just sitting around at home wondering why he wasn’t getting any calls.
